Cancellation Policy
Engagement: By engaging in any transactions for our services, the customer agrees to all of our terms and conditions. Guarantees We offer no Guarantees that we will fix your device. We accept your device on an as is where is basis. We charge a pre paid diagnostic and repair attempt fee & a full repair fee to our customers if we are successful with the repair. Warranties Any Fix we make comes with a 60 day Warranty on workmanship or if it is found that the component(s) we have installed. All Shipping will be at the cost of the customer. Device Condition: We will photograph all of the devices coming into our shop and add these to a customer ticket file as proof we have not created any more damage than the device was received in. This is to protect both parties from any dispute. We will do our very best to attempt to recover data, repair your device, however we do not guarantee a fix. Our diagnosis & repair attempt fee is to cover the time and care we have to take to tear down your device and analyse/diagnose a repair. In some cases we may need to price special components or purchase donor boards to complete your repair and these may take up to 6weeks to come into the country (If not available from our suppliers, We will notify our customers of this when we email through the final fix price for approval. When this price is agreed, we will require a 50% payment of the full agreed price. Our full fix price includes the pre paid Diagnosis fee. If the device is deemed a fix, we will invoice our customer for final payment including return shipping. If the device is deemed a no fix, we will contact the customer and they will advise if they wish to have the device shipped back to them or leave it to us to dispose of it as we see fit. Any Non paid invoices on fixed devices, we will hold the item for 30 days and if no payment is received, then we have the right to sell the device or strip it down for donor board parts.
